Can some one recommend me a good download manager

Been trying to download the program since 9am (GMT), its now midnight, first download attempt cut out at 50% and speeds were pretty slow, second attempt was much faster and was quite happy with it running through much quicker but again it has literally just cut out about 5/10minutes ago. Can't really do much at the moment but really don't seem to be having much luck with the servers tonight

I have had much success with the DownLoadThemAll! add-on plugin in Firefox 3.6.6. It's about the only reason I keep Firefox around anymore. I've become indoctrinated into the Google Chrome cult for everything else.
