Is this possible? Keyswitches to one keyboard ,notes to another.

I'm not sure if this is the right forum to ask this question but....I need a need audio interface and a bigger keyboard or another keyboard.I'm considering the Line 6 Pod Studio KB37 as it might kill 2 birds with 1 stone.I have a M-audio Radium 49 keyboard.what I want to know is can I map keyswitches for my Scarbee Pre-Bass to one keyboard and the notes to the other? Would the 2 keyboards need to be synced ?

You would need your MIDI to be merged if you wanted to run each keyboard in on seperate midi channels. If you plan on key switching the same channel as you're playing on then you could possibly get away with just setting them up as midi thru.
