Dimension Pro in Separate Window

I've been using Dimension Pro for a while, but when I got 1.5, suddenly it started opening in a separate window. As in, there was a new icon at the bottom for it. This doesn't seem like a big deal, but I can't play the song I'm working on with it open, so if I plug in a midi controller keyboard, I have to keep stopping what I'm doing to change windows before I can continue. It's more of an annoyance than anything, but I'd still like it fixed. 

Anyone out there know what's wrong?
