Cakewalk please confirm--Is EXP PK # for DimPro the corrected Bass patches?

Cakewalk:  Can you confirm that the EXPANSION PACK #3 for DIMENSION PRO contains the corrected BASS Patches that have been promised? 

For some time, forum members have noted that the BASS patches in Dim Pro are out of tune.  Cakewalk acknowledged this and said they would be releasing new Bass patches to correct the tuning.

So, will someone from CAKEWALK confirm whether or not the EXP PK #3 are the tuning corrected patches for the BASS?
