registering my products problem?

I recently got sonar and some plugin vst's with it!

I am having a problem loading them into a 3rd party DAW.. I get a message that says I need to register although Ive done this already and I need to log in as an administrator! Also it won't let me add the registartion code to register it!

I have already had these plug's up and running in my 3rd party DAW but since reinstalled it.

Wasn't sure where to post, ask, or submit a support ticket so Ive posted here

    So I have the production pack. And I am trying to use PSYN II, Rapture 32le, SI-Drumkit
    I can only use PSYN II at the moment.

    I followed the links above, I changed the user account to all users have full control but the dialog box still appears!

    I am trying to use them in another program so I don't see how I can run them as admin when they open under the 3rd party DAW!

    How can I be able to use just one instrument in the production pack?
    Will it help to reinstall again (though I've done this already)?
