x1 p.e. cpu requirements?

hello,
i am considering the move to x1 producer in the near future. is it heavy on the cpu? i would just like to confirm that the cpu in this computer meets the system requirements and hopefully with a bit of breathing room so i won't be "on the edge" all the time. this is a 64 bit machine with 8 gigs of ram. this is a link to the specs of the cpu:
