Cool Idea For The Control Bar

Custom Control Bar Modules:
 
Give us a blank Control Bar module that we can float, dock, undock, move, whatever. In this module, you right click and select "Add New Button". After the new button is added, you simply right click and select "Add New Command". You then click on ANY option in ANY menu, and now that command is loaded into the button. You could even use key bindings and short cuts and put whole operations into the click of a button. Each button is numbered from 1 to however many buttons you want. The module will just keep growing in size as you add more buttons. Right click a button and select "Rename Button" so you can add your own personal "Tool Tip on Mouse Over" for easy reference as to what the button does.
 
Other right click commands "Delete Button" "Copy Button" "Modify Button" "Load Button Preset" "Save Button Preset" and so on. You could load and use as many of these as you want.
 
I think this would be a screaming feature. Let me work the way I want to work.
