Staying in scale and key using the factory patterns

Is there a force to scale and key midi tool in Project5? Sorry for the noob type of question but what are some staying on scale/key strategies when I am choosing from the factory patterns.

    This is what I used to use when I was still using P5...when installed, it will show up under the midi effects menu:
