Alex - It's hard to read the comments in the picture to understand what the problem is (because it looks like it let you copy and paste just fine).

Hmmm, and you're sure you selected the track you want to paste to before pressing ctrl-V?

Anyway, if you're copying that whole clip then it'd be easier to go to track view, ctrl-click-hold on the clip and drag the copy to its new location and release the mouse.  you can always reposition it if needed.

Alternately, if you want this to repeat over and over again, and it starts and ends within whole measures, then try right clicking on the clip (again in track view) and select Groove Loops.  The corners of the clip will appear rounded and now you can grab the right side of the clip and drag it longer.  The loop will repeat over and over again for as long as you want.

on the new track you have to change the PATCH.  what is your output for the MIDI tracks?  are you sending them to TTS-1?

change the CHANNEL, BANK and PATCH on the receiving track to the sound you want.  MIDI Is just data - it needs to be told where to send the data to trigger what you want to hear.
