10 days since i ordered, still no serial.

Hi. I've posted this post as a reply to another post here on the forum, but after no replys I decided to write a new thread here.
 
I ordered a upgrade from cakewalk 8.5 producer to Sonar X1 at december 21. I recieved my order confirmation mail, everything seemed to be ok, but when I entered my account to download the files there was no serial there! And there still isn't! I've kept sending mails to cakewalk, but have yet to see replys. I've also contacted cakewalks dealer here in Norway, but they don't seem to figure it out. It's taking way to long time. I only have time this christmas to record and i'm sitting here with the producer 8.5 instead of X1 as i should been from the 21. Calling to America is way to expencive to be an alternative, I did it once, but after spending 5 minutes in queue I hang up due to the calling price.

There was an issue with my order though. Somehow the payment withdrew 2x the upgrade from my bank account, and i'm still waiting to get one of those back to my bank.

But I still see no reason to why I don't get any serial....

I've experienced some weird things with the CakeShop myself sometimes - although when ordering X1 it was flawless!

My guess, you're just stuck in the Christmas holidays over there. Hopefully it will be sorted out next week - preferably before;)

Hei og takk for det :) Yes, I gotta be patient these times, I knew it was a bad timing to make an upgrade, but I've never experienced any problems with cakewalk store or products before, so I took my chances :)
 
And yes, flott å se at det er andre nordmenn her :)
