how to use ACT KONTAKT 4 player (SONAR X1 64bit)

how does one enable ACT for the KONTAKT player 4 in SONAR X1 64bit? There doesn't appear to be an ACT enable disable icon on the VST window border for KONTAKT 4 and the enable disable button in the main X1 pane does nothing? Am I missing something here? please let me know... thanks
