Dimension Pro where is it ?

I've upgraded from Sonar X1 Studio to X1 Producer. I've got everything working except Dimension Pro was not installed. I've searched the forum but see no reference to this question where is Dimension Pro? I downloaded the software I do not have the disk. Days ago I e-mailed support but have not heard back yet. I tried installing on another computer same results.

    i had an issue with the sonar vs production pack (the v studio 100 software) and x1pe that required me to uninstall both programs. upon the reinstallation of x1pe, i realized that i did not install dimension pro or beatscape or the additional x1pe content the first time. there are four steps that you have to install to have the complete x1pe, dimension pro is one of them. are you sure you did all of that?

    Please clarify, you downloaded the full X1 ISO (or ISOs, since it comes on more than one DVD), or you downloaded Dimension Pro somehow?

    The download was in two parts sonar ax one producer part 1 (3, 072, 000 KB) and sonar X1 producer part 2 (2, 610, 558 KB)

    The download was in two parts Sonar X1 producer part 1 (3, 072, 000 KB) and Sonar X1 producer part 2 (2, 610, 558 KB)

    Dimension Pro is not on part 1 or part 2.  There is a separate large download for Dimension Pro, as well as a separate download for the additional content.

    i don't know for sure, but i would confirm that you are not missing files. do your links look like this?

    Yes, part 1, part 2, Dim Pro, and Add'l Content.  That would make four downloads, the same as the four DVDs.
