Trouble With Purchasing. Confused :(

Sorry everyone,i didn't know where else to put this.
I'd like to give X1 a try.

Im using Sonar Power Studio at the mo,which includes Sonar 6 Studio and a USB box...
My problem is my current version is registered with Cakewalk, just not with my current email address as it has changed and i have no access to it.
I had a problem with this when i changed pc's and they sent me a new serial number to use.

I've tried contacting support to try and get it put under my new email address but have heard nothing.
I'm not even sure if mine is a valid upgrade path?

Any pointers to start me off? This place is chaos!
:)

I had a similar issue when I moved up to version 8 as long as you have your registration details you'll be fine 'eventually'!

Meanwhile try what Dave suggests it may save having to try and get hold of anyone, but then it might not.  You can never be sure.

    Thanks guys.
Think i'll have to be patient for now for some support....i couldn't for the life of me remember my old email login details(password)...stupidly i did the password reset option, but that email addy doesn't exist anymore,so it's been sent to an address i can't access.

I have all the other details about my registration, name, address, old email and the serial number and registration keys i used for it.
Hopefully this may help,i know it's still on record as being registered so here's hoping. :)
