Um, you can't get there from here. You can buy a USB audio interface, like the Behringer UA 202 for about $30, and a USB midi interface for not much more. On board audio, if it works at all, will drive you crazy very quickly. You won't be able to overdub anything because of latency. I used a setup like the one above for a year before I upgraded, and it worked fine. And nobody was poorer than me back then. Collect some deposit bottles or something. C'mon, 30 bucks?
