Fill up a mug and sit by the fire.  It's ok.  It's nice and warm down here.  Just remind yourself that there is a difference between a logical debate and a screaming match with a fool.  One of these can be won or lost by the merits of the argument.  The other has no upside. 

What we really need to know now is this.  Are you sure you weren't followed here? 

I prefer to avoid going up there unless there's absolutely nothing going on down here.  If it irritates me too much up there, then I'll just return to the Coffee House and sulk. 

That being said, I did lurk and read the thread to which you've referred. 

I'm thinking we should all get Alternate Identities for posting upstairs.  That might work until I get into shouting match with my other self.  We never can agree on things...

What if you get the wrong self banned?  Then your alternate self will go around saying he deserved it and the real you can't be there to defend yourself.
