out of memory

out of memory

anyone know how or why i am getting a out of memory message when i try to drop a song into X1 from itunes?
i'm using 64 bit X1  and i'm running a quad core phenom 64 bit win 7 8gb ram 31gb virtual ram.   some songs work but of corse theone i need to drag over wont let me..   any ideas?

 
Phenom Quad core,  8gb ram, 3.5tb of Fine Music Storage Vault Under Armed Guard w/ UAV support (air-hog chopper), set of MA-15D, Delta 10-10 pci w/interface, m-box 3 pro, projectmix I/O, Metal Pop Filters, Two SKB cases Full of Suck Removal Buttons, Cedar Walls, Stripper Pole (helps with mastering & block priceing) more stuff i'm to lazy to add. ;)
P.S. good Memory foam is freakin awesome.

    Probably because the song is copyrighted and you're not allowed to do that.

    durrrr..  didnt even think about that.    thanks man.  

    sometimes for fun or for practice i'll drop in a song and do a cover of it.  If i'm gonna try a "copy"   i'll put the org. song in track one as a ref. track and start doing my recordings below till i get what ever I'm gonna record as close to the org. as I can. then I'll chunk the org. song and use the recordings for tinkering.  It's just for fun and to help learn way around in sonar.
    I tend to play with thinks like record my acoustic for the gtr track  then run the audio through GTR or guitar rig and add distortion on the acc. track.  I love the looks I get when I say those dist.gtr tracks are actually my acoustic.   It's all in fun

    the only other time ive seen this message is when i tryed to use cakewalk pro audio 9 a few months back and i tryed to lay effecks destructivly into the tracks pane.
