New song - Reach around, fingerings, gropings ok!
Posted a new song on myspace thats pretty strange.. Lots of guitar work with some drum cadence style action going on midway..
Some strange counter playing in the middle also...

I saw that nobody had commented on your tune, so I thought I would provide you with some feedback, but I can't seem to get your web site to allow me to play the song. It was sluggish beyond belief and I saw the title of the tune once, and then I got a list of drum solos, but the web site just was so locked up I couldn't even play anything.
Sorry, but I tried.

daryl - don't use the 'player' at the top of the page, scroll down to 'stream' and play it from there.
wow - thius is some cool guitar work! your music is weird for me, in that you include some fairly heavy licks in there and all the fast solos, and combine it with the bluesey/jazzy stuff. i like some instrumental bands, such as Chimpspanner, Blotted Science, and other metal bands who combine jazzy parts such as Spastic Ink and Haken...i think there's a lot of talent there but the two elements are so diverse it needsa little more to combine them..maybe a keyboardist? this sounds more critical than i mean to be, cos i like it and you have massive talent, it just needs to be aimed more coherently for me.

Top notch musicianship and the guitarist is just.....VERY GOOD!! I truly like the melodic metal style with the bluesy feel (Megadeth did some of that in the Symphony of Destruction album (not sure if that's the right name)). I enjoyed listening to your tracks. IMHO (amateur), I thought the drums were a bit muddled or not clear enough in the mix, but the bass & guitar were spot on.....(of course, this is listening through my cheap phones on my work PC).
Thanks for sharing and this is truly good music!!

Thanks to all that gave it a listen!!! I produce, record, mix, most of this myself so I am constantly trying to better my mixes and mastering techniques!!

mgh - thanks also for the kind words! Would like to get a keyboardist!! Or at least get a collab from someone who could add keys. We write strange mixes of jazz and metal, we are big fans
of Morglbl Trio, a french fusion jazz/metal band and Blotted Science, Matalex, and many others.
While we are not in the same league as they are (great song writers/players), we give it our best try!!
Mesh - Thanks for your comments!! I will bring the drums up in the mix!! This is a work in progress as we will be adding other sound sources to the song!!
Groveendroad - Thank you also for taking the time to listen!!! I will re-examine the eq of the drums and we stink at singing!! Would love some vocals but really don't have anyone local to pull it off. Looking for someone like the Vocalist for Annihilator, who can sing melodically but can also put out the growl if needed!!

Terrific musicianship by all in this number. The various change ups in this song made it most interesting to listen to. The mix sounds good but I would agree with some of the others commenting -- the drumming is great but they need to be EQ'ed or maybe compressed a wee bit (imho) to bring them up with a bit more strength.

You are right about Myspace! It has become a major pain so we are starting a Reverbnation and probably a soundclick page soon!!
Glad you liked our songs!! One of the softer edged ones is called Lost Dreams. Acoustic start to an edgy raw middle and back to the acoustic towards the end...
I also have one called, You don't want me. The only song w/vocal track we have right now... I am not a singer but it turned out ok. Check it out if you like!!
