I am going to assume you are having problems loading the drums with Sonar VS - the program that comes with the V-Studio? If you are using another program (ie: Sonar X1, 8.5, or other Daw) you should go to their forums and ask around there. The Studio Instruments (including drums) are just VST's that can be loaded in any DAW.
Here is how you do it with Sonar VS.
Insert > Soft Synth > S1-Drum Kit
This opens a dialog with a bunch of options. The easiest is to leave it at it's default setting, which will create an instrument track, insert the soft synth, and allow midi input as well.
The help has a lot of info as well. F1 to open the help, and search for "Soft Synth". "Instrument Track" & "Studio Instruments" also bring up a fair bit of help on the subject.
The general flow of how all this works is:
1: Insert the instrument
2: Assign the instrument to an output (this may be done automatically)
3: Trigger the instrument with Midi parts (some midi parts are included with the software to get you going).
4: At any time, you can audition the Studio Instruments by opening their panel once they are inserted.
Although this may seem complicated - it really isn't once you figure it out. If I come across any video tutorials I will add them to this post. I use Sonar X1 not Sonar VS but I do have VS loaded on my Netbook to play around with it, but I'm not that familiar with it.
EDIT: I can see you are right, I found a couple vids on using the Studio Instruments (sort of) but nothing on inserting. What I provided above will work with Sonar VS (which comes with the VS-100) but every DAW will be a little different.
Good luck.
