SONAR 2 and Fast Track MKII?

SONAR 2 and Fast Track MKII?

Hi guys,

So I recently bought the brand new Fast Track MKII, but for some reason it's not working with my version of SONAR. When I start the program, it comes up and tells me:

 "The following driver(s) either do not support the current audio format, or are in use by another program: 
Fast Track Out 1/2
Fast Track In 1/2"

And then it gives me the options to disable or "run anyway", and when I clicked run anyway, it still didn't work (I can't select the interface as my in/out in the track). 

Any help would be appreciated. I have all the drivers for the MKII up to date. I realize it's an old version of SONAR (hand-me-down from my dad), but I don't understand why it wouldn't be able to work.

    1. Make sure you installed the latest fast track drivers
    2. Enable share drivers with other programs (or disable it. See what works)
    3. Make sure the sample rates match for the project and your card.

    Sonar 2 is pretty old and if your using windows vista or windows 7, its not compatible with those window versions. It could work, but it was never tested for those OS'es

    Okay - I'll do those things.

    And yeah, I got it to work, though. If this doesn't work, I'm going to be forced to use the ProTools that came with my Fast Track O_o
