Soundcloud ----what do you think?

Tonight I tried Soundcloud..After the intial sign up I was going to upload a song. There is a big button for "Find a File" and it never did anything..so then they have a line under that "having trouble uploading...blah blah ...try this..one of which was their in-house uploader..then when I try to download that I get some secutiry warnings! So has anyone else stayed clear of them??? or what.

I have been transitioning to soundcloud over from soundclick.  I've had all I can take of soundclick's popup ads.  I have not had any problems uploading.  what browser are you using?  security warnings are going to be from your anitvirus or anti spyware software.  I don't get any warnings at all.

No troubles at all with Soundcloud. Great site too. As stated by Beagle, your browser, firewall and or antivirus/spyware is probably blocking the UL.

Thanks - just wanted some user comments on this site. If you've had no trouble with it I am good to go. Maybe  will check my security settings...they might be too high (against lurkers)

+1 for soundcloud. much better sound quality than soundclick. you only get 2 hrs upload content time free, but that's prob enough!

OK I am going to upload some songs to there later today and see how things sound ..ad look. It is kind of cool that they show a sound wave... I wonder if those are generic or our actual wave? - I'll have to compare one...

    Thanks

Nice song , vocals sound great too . I agree SoundCloud is good , I have both but use Soundclick mostly but that might change soon because of the ads Beagle is talking about .
