is there a forum to post finished projects????

I have used guitar tracks pro, some sonar and now the v-20 studio..The results I get are amazing..when I was reserching the v-studio 20 and other cakewalk software I came across alot of youtube videos overviewing the product. I really was searching for quality projects that were done with the v-studio so I could hear first hand what it was capable of..not just from pros but also novice users as well....I would love to have... or create such a forum..I was finally sold on the product when I heard a track created by a 16 year old girl named Rachel on you tube. thanks for reading...Mickeyratt

    Hi there Jeffrey

Many of us like to post our songs right here on Cakewalk's Songs Forum - click on THIS LINK to go straight there if you want to take a look. The beauty over there is that music of all standards gets posted - from the complete beginner to the exceptional amateurs and even a few pros who use Cakewalk software.

It's a pretty friendly place and you're guaranteed some helpful feedback, advice and comments on your songs.

The Cakewalk forum doesn't allow embedding of music file players in posts so most of use an online music hosting site to upload our tunes to, and then include a link to the song in the first post. Incidentally, you can create a 'permanent' link to your song, or indeed to your music site, in your 'signature' space which appears at the bottom of every post you make.

If you need a reasonable quality free site to host your songs, you could do a lot worse than Soundclick - a lot of guys here use the free account to upload their mp3 files to. Click THIS LINK to check it out.

    Hope that helps

    Steve
