Driver Help

OK...  I am finally ready to update my console and IO to the new drivers... Having read these threads and the instructions on avoiding impending doom, I am at a total loss.. I can not find anywhere where CakeWalk specifies what to do first... Am I supposed to update my Console to standalone before I can update all else? Even though I do not ever use it as standalone? Then do I update the software first? or the fantom firmware? the console? Cpu?? ... Seems one person had trouble when they went for the firmware on the fantom first... And what is all this about standalone firmware for the console? Am I to update first my console to standalone, then fantom firmware, then the console firmware (again but not standalone thistime), then the CPU and then update to the 1.2 surface... Agghhhhh!!! Any kind people who would like to shed light on this labyrinth of updates.. I am sooooo lost... thanks,
Sincerely,
Marek

wish I could help AudioUnity but I waded through the waters of uncertainty as well.  Everything finally worked...

However, I think I'd upgrade one version at a time- sequentially.

Def install the standalone console drivers first. This will allow you to successfully update the console firmware without having to do any crazy backdoor stuff.

Once that's done then update the console firmware, then the various cpu stuff, and lastly the new 2.0 driver.
