Loading saved kits in Battery 3 in X1 issue!

Once again another tasty treat.  OK, so I spent some time creating a nifty drum kit in Battery 3, got all my effects dialed in and ready to go- Saved the file to a location on my hard drive and closed down Sonar X1 and started a new X1 project from a blank slate.

After inserting Battery 3 I then proceeded to find my new saved kit located on my desktop.  I then located it and opened it.

I tried to grab the Battery Gui to get it out of the way and the bell keeps chiming as if it were locked up or needing my attention. Nothing I did cured this annoyance so, I closed Battery and Sonar only to find that the response window to be stuck behind Sonar instead of in front like it should be.  It only states that the current program would be written over. I assume this anyway and would like it to go away all together.  But, none the less.  I am running the 1a update.

Is there a solution yet?

    you are using battery as a VST and NOT a standalone right?

    also when you used battery for the first time you did use it as a standalone before you used it as a vst within sonar ?

    thats rule 1 with any NI synths..
