Newbie - Help with Getting my product code

Hi all. My name is Denis, I live in the UK, and I do hope you can advise me! I have just purchased V-Studio 20 from my local music shop 'Bonners'. When I purchased it the salesman said he would register it for me which he did. However when I return home and set it up, I opened Guitar Tracks 4 only to find that I needed a product code in order to continue to use the software after the 30 day period. Obviously I had not got this so i went on Cakewalks website, confirmed It was registered, then navigated to the lost product code page to obtain it.  Her I come up against a problem. I entered my serial number then had to choose the product from a list before continuing, but V-Studio 20 or VS 20 were not in the list.  My question is has anyone had to get this code, and if so what product did you choose from this list?

Your help would be greatly appreciated
Regards Denis

Thank you for your reply. unfortunately I'm in the UK and have tried contacting them on the UK number (which is different). On contact the lady said she would get one of there techies to phone me back. That was this morning 9am and it's now 6.10 pm and I still haven't had a call back. Looking very much like I wont get assistance so no choice but to return the VS 20 very reluctantly. It's sad both Roland and Cakewalk don't appear to offer a very good follow up service or I could  have got help. After three days of phoning and emailing I have not been contacted at all, and Bonners where I made the purchase are also unhelpful.

Thanks again anyway

Regards Denis

Hi M@ B, Good News, Bonners where I purchased VS20 Have sorted the situation and Cakewalk have sent me a new serial number. I've subsequently registered and acquired my product code, so all is well and I'm ready to rock'n roll.

regards Denis
