volume problem

volume problem

when I record a track and play it back..i move the fadder to the volume that sounds good to me..then every time I hit the stop button the volume to that track atomaticly boosts all the way to max volume..does anybody know why it does this

    ok I got it figured out....somehow the tracks I am speaking of got a volume envelope attached to them and it was set for 6 db..witch is the max...I right clicked the track and removed the envelope...
