Using an E drum or V drum kit (I assume that's what you mean when you say your using audio out), no, the only way after it's been recorded to bring up the snare is find & boost it's stronger frequencies with an eq. IF you have not yet recorded the tracks you can probably adjust the snare up (or other drums down) within your drum module.
