UA-4FX asio4all ableton issue please assist: D


         4gigs of ram
         64 bit windows 7 
         laptop

i use a Cakewalk UA-4FX audio USB connector for my axe. 
im a nub when it comes to comps but ive messed around with ableton 
anough to understand where mypfroblem is i think. asio doesnt work 
with windows 7 64 bit apparently. I downloaded ASIO4ALL and im not gettting 
any sound output during recording and trying to listen back to a recording. 
when i use the MME/DIRECT X driver it plays back my music through my speakers but has too much latency and makes it unbearable 
to record.  the attached picture i think is the main issue. please assist i need to make music.

    1.. uninstall asio4all and use the proper drivers that came with it
       get them here if you don't have them

    2. deselect / un-enable that connext card from ableton! with it enabled you can't    select the ua-4fx

    2.. use the NATIVE ASIO driver the unit shipped with (I'm assuming it did ship with them)

    3.. look at the side of the unit.. notice the middle switch ? switch that to 44.1 .. at 96 you can't record!!

    you will find the latency MASSIVELY better.
