Using Reaktor in Producer

Hi

Are there any users out there who have NI's Reaktor? I bought Komplete Elements recently and this included Reaktor Player and about 8 synths. There is one called Aerobic which is a groove box. It is not MIDI triggered and I was advised that to generate the sounds it can be only done on the track view whilst in transport.

I linked Aerobic to the sequencer which seemed to work but when playing the whole compositions the damn thing wouldn't stop playing. There seems to be no way of stop/starting this Reaktor synth or a way to record it on a track. I have a similar problem with a Kore soundbank called Reaktor Animated Circuits. 

Has anyone got any suggestions?
