The Year for Sussex Soccer?

Crawley Town off to Old Trafford.

Rye United in the last 16 of the FA Vase.

What is occurring?

There's a storm in the heavens' I tell thee!

I have some old videos of cricket matches played at Old Trafford, Lords, etc....(and you ask what does this have to do with Sussex Soccer (football)?...absolutley nothing.

Last time I saw a county "football" match (on TV), there was a riot ....

Gladly the population of Rye is too small to be classed as a riot even if everybody joined in...

But certainly the non-league county game has far more diverse, pungent and stronger flavours than its bigger 'professional' cousins.

Most of that comes across as eccentric weirdness rather than violence though fortunately.

How many native Sussex players are currently playing in the Brighton first team?

    I genuinely have no idea.

Yup, it's true I AM the 'sex' from Sussex.
