Dim Pro/Rapture...Previous versions in the Control Panel

Why do I see prior versions of DimPro/Rapture in the Control Panel?  When I populate the list to uninstall programs DimPro 1.2 & Rapture 1.1 are there.  Can I safely uninstall the old versions?
