Simple Question - Zoom

Alright folks, should be a simple question, but how do you zoom out on sonar, I know how to zoom in, but not how to zoom back out. Thanks.

    There are keyboard shortcuts..  control up and down arrows in windows, probably option or apple up and down in mac. There are also tiny little + and -  magnifying glasses bottom right corner of the screen in track view.

    The manual helps  :-)
