Installation Error - Failed to rename a file

I have performed the installation and it was 3/4 completed. but then an error message popped out saying "Rature LE\Programes\02-Basses\Tr?angle4attachBass.prog" can not be renamed properly...
 
It told me to retry but certainly it fails to do so and it recommended me not to ignore to skip this file...what should I do to continue the download? Can anyone help??

    I had a similar problem.  I solved it by running the installer as administrator.

    Oh really, so how you could change it into "administrator" to install the software?

    Hold down the shift key, right click and choose "run as administrator."
