sonar x1 producer copy and paste

hello
i know how to copy and paste midi or audio in sonar, and then drag it to the right spot. now my question is: is there a way to copy and drop it to the right spot by using numeric numbers? for example, i want to copy  mesure 10-14, and paste it in mesure 30 1/4. i believe this way it will be exactly where i want it, so i don't have to keep drag it.
thanks
JP
please excuse my poor english.

That's a handy tool Prashan3253 points out.  I don't drag clips very often, and don't use the paste special command very often, even though it works fine.  For me the quickest way is with snap on, I put my cursor at the measure where I want the clip to be pasted and push "V."  For me it's the quickest, easiest way.
