X1a Patch Blocked from downloading?

I get a permanent "0%" when I try to download the X1A patch.  Can someone at Cakewalk take a look at this please and free it up, or explain if it's been blocked for some reason?  Thanks.

    I just tried it and the download is working for me. Try clearing your browser cache and see if that helps.

    Tried that - nothing.  Issues with the net US/UK?

    I just tried it and it is working.  It was not working over the weekend.
