recording a dual signal with Guitar Tracks Pro 4 and Toneport UX-2 interface (line6)

I´m not sure if this is the right place and perhaps my question is more a general wondering. Well, I was trying to record my acoustic guitar and my vocals with two different mics at the same time. The software always got only the signal of mic-1. There seems to be no way to recieve the the signal of mic-2. I only hear them from my monitor boxes (direct hardware). But I can´t believe, that Guitar Tracks Pro 4 isn´t able to record a dual signal from my toneport ux-2 (line6) interface. I also wasn´t able to open the installation guide and couldn´t find a solution in the faq section or in any forum, so I hope you can help me.
best regards

you didn't mention what you have your audio tracks inputs set to in GT4.

I don't have GT4 but it's very similar to MC and SHS.  you should have 2 audio tracks in your project, one should have the input set to the vocal mic input and the other should be set to the acoustic guitar mic input.  what are your settings on those tracks?
