Possible Bounce To Tracks Bug

Just came across this yesterday.

I did multiple takes of a guitar on two channels (one for a SDC mic, one for an LDC mic). After editing the layers, I ended up with two multi-layer tracks that sounded like I wanted them to.

I then used Bounce to Tracks to create two mono tracks from the two multi-layer tracks. I selected Mono output.

The destination tracks show up as mono in the Track View, and as stereo in the Console View. More importantly, pan does not work at all, whether I try to apply it in the Track View or the Console View.

Has anyone else seen this?

OK, I copied the tracks into a new project and the pan is now working right.

This is twice in a row that I've ended up with "poisoned" projects.
