New Song - Something a Little Different

Hey guys,

Got another new tune.  This one is a little different.  Probably should not play this one in the company of small children.  Josh Whiteside on vocals. Josh came up with this tune & I played the guitars & bass.  Don't take this one too seriously.

Thanks for listening.  Glad to hear you like the music & vocals.  The singing is not by me.  This is my friend Josh Whiteside on vocals.  This was basically his song idea & I just sort of took the music part, played it & added a few things.  He wrote about all the lyrics as well.  Sorry you didn't find any humor in them.  I cracked up when he first started singing them.

I don't know who James Blunt is, but he has a cool  last name.  I'll look him up.

Thank again for listening James.  I think it turned out pretty well even if it's not a very serious song.  That's sort of what we where going for.  You can't be serious all the time.  I love the way Josh sings on this one.  We may have to do something along these lines later with a more serious vibe.

Sounds like James Blunt trying to be Tenacious D to me.  I like TD - this is not as good, but it's hard to enjoy something that sounds like JB ;)

I definately don't agree. Maybe the style in the beginning resembles of James Blunt but that's it. James Blunt's vocal expression makes me wanna kill my self and then resurrect just to make sure I'm still dead! It's not just his crying, it's his whole being!

Josh is pretty upset about the James Blunt comparisons though!

tell him to relax. there's no resemblance IMHO!

Only problem is we're not touring musicians.

Josh & I do play in a cover band together but we we haven't even had our first gig yet.  We don't play any of our originals in that band either.....not yet anyway.
