roland fp4 latency problem

Hi,

  When i record midi, sometime i've got delay after pressing key. The metronome beat also jump.

  I'm using fp4 keyboard with sonar. I've got an external m-audio mobilepre usb that is define as the audio driver in sonar.

  Any idea what i should look at to fix this problem ?
