Instrument definitions - strange happenings

Ok,
So I decided to wrtie an instrument definition for my RD-300GX, I took the one for an RD-700GX as a template and modified it accoridingly to suit my instrument. It almost works brilliantly! However for some reason that I can't identify, it won't pick up one of the patches automatically.

The Guitar/bass patch just will not be picked up when I import the .inst file

I have checked several times to make sure the format of the . patch names matches the .instrument definitions as this is supposed to be one source of problems:

.Patch Names

[RD-300GX STRINGS/PAD]
0=Rich Strings
1=Studio Sect.
2=Staccato VS
3=Warm Strings
4=OrchestraPad
5=Orch & Horns
6=ChmbrStrings
7=Pizzicato
8=Machine Str
9=JP Strings
10=SynthStrings
11=Soft Pad
12=Silky Way
13=Nu Epic Pad
14=Strings Pad
15=Side Band X
16=Glass Organ
17=StellarTreck
18=Mash Pad
19=InfinitePhsr
20=Flange Dream

.Instrument Definitions

[Roland RD-300GX:Tones]

    Patch[11200]=RD-300GX PIANO
    Patch[11201]=RD-300GX E.PIANO
    Patch[11202]=RD-300GX ORGAN
    Patch[11203]=RD-300GX STRINGS/PAD
    Patch[11204]=RD-300GX GUITAR/BASS
    Patch[11205]=RD-300GX BRASS/WINDS
    Patch[11206]=RD-300GX VOICE/SYNTH

    Any suggestion welcome. All the other tones and patches seem to work fine.....

      Ha,
      Fixed it. The answer is use a proper code editor rather than nicrosoft notepad!
      there was a hidden return charachter which I couldn't see in notepad but showed up in a code editor. This was rendering the two lables in slightly different ways which was messing up the import.
