Waveforms don't match audio (X1a Producer) [SOLVED]

I have upgraded from Studio 6.2.1 .  I started to clean a vocal.  About 2/3 of the way through I noticed that the vocal waveform displayed during the guitar solo, but no vocal audio played.  From there til the end of the song, the waveform doesn't match the vocal audio.  The waveform  ends with the end of the song (correctly), but for about 1/3 of the song the waveform doesn't match the vocal audio.

Has anyone else experienced this and is there a solution.  This is only the first of about a dozen or so songs that I have to update and work on.  I hope this doesn't happen on all the songs/tracks.

Any ideas?

Thanks in advance,

Tom

    Frickin weird.

Try to delete the contents of your picture cache folder.
All the wavefoms we be reconstructed for you.

    That might fix it.

LOL didn't notice that - glad you got it working. BTW was it the picture cache or the "associated audio files" technique?
