Can't get tutorial 1( SONAR_AudioDemo.cwb) to run

Can't get tutorial 1( SONAR_AudioDemo.cwb) to run

I have just installed SonarX1 Essentials - Windows7 -previously used Sonar Home Studio 6
 
Following Tutorial 1 without success. Have set all track outputs to my onboard sound.
 
But the track meters do not move on starting play!
 
Could someone help me to find to find what simple thing I am doing wrong!

    SONAR_AudioDemo.cwb is not on the disk or your website where can I get this file?

    AFAIK, the file is not available from Cakewalk directly. If you are running SONAR LE, I do not believe the file is part of the distribution.

    Any idea where I can get it?  I wonder why they reference it in their manuals and help files?!

    No. I suspect the manual is either the full version manual or a cut and paste from the full version of SONAR and should not include the part about the SONAR_AudioDemo.cwb. Either way the file is not part of the LE distribution.

    Cakewalk_AudioDemo.cwb was on the DVD I was abler to use this.  Thanks for your help.
