MIDI Thru in staff view

I remember, a long time ago, a very useful tool: selecting a track in the staff view track pane, the MIDI thru of the selected track was activated. A wonderful tool to change the MIDI thru quickly and without inspiration loose. So you could play all the instruments without go outside the view.
What a useful thig if each time the tracks are showed in different contexts the given track name appears instead its plain number.
