Superior Drummer 2.0 Missing Sound Files...FIXED

Gang,

I have loaded Superior 2.0 on my new bootcamped MacBook Pro for mobile work.  I believe SD and and the extension packs all loaded correctly.  When I start a new project (or open an old one), and open SD in the rack, there are no sound files.  When I click the "load" button on the SD interface nothing happens.

Any ideas?

    I would suggest registering over at the Toontrack support forum and ask this one.

    You might have to tell SD the pathways in the settings control. It's also possible that there is a newer version/update so I'd try getting into your account and check that first.

    I just had this same problem on x64 version.  I began reinstalling last night.

    I just had this same problem on x64 version.  I began reinstalling last night.


    Don't forget to run SONAR in Administrator mode.

    Thanks, Dave.  I have Sonar set up to Run As Administrator automatically in the program settings.  Plus, one of the first things I did on win7 was disable UAC.

    Just thought to mention it as this issue was a new one on me.  I set up SONAR to run as administrator from the beginning so I never knew of the issue until someone brought it up here recently.

    Adding C:/Program Files/VstPlugins/Toontrack/64 bit/ to my Sonar plugin manager did the trick.  I had origianlly only pointed it to the 64-bit program files since I was running Sonar and Superior in 64-bit.

    Glad you found that :) I'll try to remember for the next one that asks as I forgot TT does indeed like to install to it's own local (and iirc, it's just a bit tricky to change.....but could be wrong since it's been a while)
