Sonar 4, RME 9652, A78NX-D AMD Athlon 3200, 1GB DDR400, How many live tracks?

With the hardware setup listed below, about how many 24/44k tracks should I be able to resonably ARM and record before expecting a dropout? 
 
A7N8X-E Mother Board
AMD Athlon XP 3200 +
1GB DDR 400 RAM
RME 9652
Mackie SDR for D/A via ADAT fiber
Sonar 4
One HD for OS and Sonar, the other for audio

    There are so many variables (hardware and software) involved that I suspect that no one wants to venture a guess!

    You probably need to run the experiments to make the determination for yourself.
