Looking for a controllable phase shifting or sweep / comb filter type plug-in?

I've got a section of a song that I want a phase shift or comb filter type of sound.  I'm using a phase shifter stomp box from Pod Farm which sounds good, but I'm looking for more control over the sweep so that I could control it with an envelope.  Is there something like this?
