copy and paste in prv

hello,
sometimes when i attempt to paste a copied section in prv, the section does not paste at the now time line, it is off set by some number of measures. for example, say i wanted to paste a section beginning at measure 10, i'd have the now time marker at 10, press control/v and the selection would paste at measure 17. at first i thought it wasn't pasting at all because measure 17 wasn't within the screen to see it go there, but at some point after moving the screen around, and trying it again and again, i noticed something moving in the corner of the screen when i pasted. i then figured out what was happening after i tried setting the now time marker at measure 3 and pasting, the selection then pasted at measure 10. this only happens once in a while. it happened a few times today

is this a bug or is something causing this?

thanks.

I'm getting this too.... Hopefully it's just a setting issue but I wouldn't put it past being a bug.

I don't know but if you select what you want to copy (with the smart tool) and hold down Ctrl and drag the selection it will automatically copy and I've found it is a much faster way to work
