Have you tried opening the project in safe mode (hold down shift as you open the project) and not
loading the plug that causes the crash ?.

I had problems with a project in X1a and support suggested I do this - it got me back in business
to a degree. The problem I am having is with the prochannel, and it looks like I'll have to
wait for X1b to really deal with it.  But it gave me a way to get back to my latest version
    of the project.

    Cheers - Cliff

    gt,

Glad you got it fixed but do you know why your last thread with the same title was locked? Could it be that the title has no relation to the problem you're describing?

Is there any harm in titling your thread something like, "Can't get Certain VSTi's to Load In X1" or "Need Help Loading VSTi's in X1." And not for me, but for others so you/we can help everyone figure stuff out together. Just a suggestion.

gt, I'm not the forum police but I think the moderators saw the title of your thread and thought that it didn't have anything to with the problem you were describing. That's just my assumption so take it for what it's worth. Glad you got it fixed but if this thread (with the same title) gets locked, at least you'll know why.
