PCIe Belkin For Presonus Firestidio

Need to get a PCIe for a Firestudio 26 as my stock card won't rcognize it.    Can anyone tell me the difference of 2.0 or 3.0 and which is better ? Just don't want to get the wrong card and also need to make sure it has the Dice II chipset.
