    No, drummers don't pffft unless they've recently eaten chili (or much of anything else).  Drummers hit things.  But not Beagles.  Beagles don't resonate well enough.  They also bite. 

    For what it's worth, when you're running from an angry beagle, tossing a drumstick and yelling, "Fetch!" probably won't save you.  Hope that helps.
