How to Unlock or Install an MP3 Encoder in Sonar Home Studio 7XL

Hi Everyone,
I wanted to save some WAV Files as mp3s. When I tried to do so in SHS 7XL, I got a pop up message stating I needed to unlock or purchase an mp3 encoder. Heck, I though SHS 7XL had an mp3 encoder. I have never owned any PC Music Software that did not have a save as mp3 file built in.

I could not find anything in the knowledge base.

Thanks
MidiVox

the mp3 encoder that comes with SHS is "shareware" - good for 30 days only.  you have to pay them $19 to unlock it for use beyond 30 days.

or just export to a wave file and then use a free mp3 encoder from the internet.
